Todd

My name is Todd and was born and raised into a family of three siblings, with myself being the oldest. I moved from Maryland to Florida in 1993. To give you an idea of my age, I was 27 years old at that time. I was single at the time and managed to purchase my first single family home in Florida in 1998. I was married to my wife, Cheryl in 2001. My wife and I are both professionals in our careers and have been for some time, now. We have purchased a total of 5 homes for ourselves during the years up to now with one of them being a "Buy and Flip" home. It was our first flip and we made a moderate profit but I think we learned so much during the process. We established Blue Moon Developments LLC in August 2015 and have since purchased our first investment home which has been successfully leased for a 2 year agreement. We have listed to rent to other Tenants in Aug. 2017 and are now looking for our second investment property to purchase. I have also purchased a rental property for my Father here in Florida and am managing this property rental as well. Everything is looking up! Rental properties are on the rise and there doesn't seem to be any problems with finding renters at this time!
